PERSONAL TRAINING ONLINE OR OUTDOORS

Fitness Classes Online - Win the morning, win the day!

Early morning workouts - Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 7:00am - 7:30am.

Tuesday - Total Body HIIT

Thursday - Circuits

Friday - Full Body Strength and Toning using dumbbells (or you could improvise with a couple of tins of beans!)

All classes must be booked in advance. (1 class - £5, 2 classes - £9, 3 classes- £12)

Later morning workouts - Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 10:00am - 10:30am.
