Terms and Conditions for Fitness Classes

Taking part in regular exercise classes is a great way to enhance your fitness levels, general health and well-being, mood and energy levels as well as helping to reduce stress levels.

Bookings will be confirmed when full payment has been made in advance.

Regrettably, missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If for any reason, a class has to be cancelled, you will be informed as soon as possible. Where possible an alternative day/class will be offered. If that day does not suit you, then a refund for the cancelled class will be issued.

During your fitness class, every effort will be made to assure your safety, however, as with any form of exercise there are risks, including cardiorespiratory complications and musculoskeletal injuries.

In volunteering for these classes, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any responsibility for personal damage. You also agree to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise class you have assigned to.

Before your first class/at the start of your first class, you will be asked to fill in a PAR-Q (brief medical questionnaire) and sign it to say you are fit and well to take part in exercise classes. During any subsequent classes it is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any changes to your health. If you are in doubt about your health you should consult your doctor.

By signing your PAR-Q form, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being and you acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is assumed by your instructor.

Please ensure you are on time for your class as warming up is an essential part to prepare you for the activity.

Please ensure you are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear with long hair tied back for your safety.

Your class may be filmed or photographs taken for marketing purposes. On such an occasion you would be informed to make a choice at the time. By consenting, you agree to its use for marketing purposes without payment or copyright.
