Personal Training 1-2-1

Individual training sessions planned carefully to match your needs and goals, following a free consultation.

You will be professionally coached and motivated to push your limits with good technique, form and safety, all within a friendly comfortable setting.

Nutritional advice and support includes food diary analysis and the use of My Fitness Pal app to encourage you to be accountable in order to attain your aspirations.

All plans are periodised to maximise your progress. Fitness testing at the start, mid and end of your programme allows you to see your improvements and me to adapt your training so you keep on progressing.

 

Fitness Classes

Boost your fitness and energy levels by joining a very friendly, community fitness class in Hurstpierpoint. Whether you are a beginner or want to add a local class to your current regime, my classes promise to improve your aerobic fitness, build strength and muscular endurance whilst burning fat and toning your muscles. You will leave your fitness session feeling energised and full of feel-good endorphins, whilst reducing the stress hormone, cortisol that impacts on health and weight.

Challenge your fitness levels whilst benefitting from the great outdoors in Circuit Training Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Suitable for all levels of fitness. We train shine or rain so you can guaranteed to reap the benefits of exercising regularly.

Kick-start your weekend with a GET FIT FRIDAY Fitness Class indoors at Hurstpierpoint Scout Hall. This class provides a full body workout and is suitable for all abilities and ages. Free parking available on-site for anyone travelling from nearby villages.

 

Small Group PT

If you need more than a gym membership & more than a larger group class to get and keep your fitness on track then this is the choice for you!

Train with like-minded people in a small group (2 - 4 people) to attain your fitness goal. Choose your group, choose your time and choose your location. You will receive attention to correct technique, individual coaching and feedback to exercise safely and progress effectively.

Tailored combination programmes to meet your needs. Enjoy the support and motivation from your group community and be sure that accountability and encouragement will help you attain your fitness potential.

Teen 16-19yrs PT

1-2-1 or Small Group Training available with a friend or two.

Balance screen-time and the stress of studying for exams with a healthy fitness programme. If your teenager needs guidance, encouragement and motivation to get more active, a PT programme aimed at increasing fitness and exercise adherence as part of a healthy, lifestyle habit can really make a difference to your teen’s self-esteem, mood and energy levels.

For those who train or compete in sports looking to take their strength and fitness to the next level a more specific strength and conditioning programme will be planned according to your teenager’s needs and goals.

Education on a well-balanced exercise programme and attention to correct technique through functional strength and conditioning are part of the package. Learning how to use weights safely, in relation to their size, fitness level and stage of development will minimise the risk of injury and leave your teenager in a more knowledgeable place for unsupervised workouts following the programme!

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

Which one is best for me?

12 week programmes are best for you, if you are committed to making changes to improving your fitness and want to see and feel the benefits for the longer term. Following a 12 week programme you can continue on a monthly basis.

4 week starter packages are available for anyone who would like to try a personal training experience. This programme may be extended if you enjoy the benefits and decide it’s for you!
